Trying to reach another local vendor, reached Jessica. After a brief explanation of my error in calling, she said to call back if I didn't get assistance. And sure enough, 4 days go by, no help from the other business, called Jessica and a short 48 hours later, our door opener is replaced! I have read mixed reviews but I found myself locked inside my garage when a spring broke. I needed to get to work and this was the only local company that I was able to speak to in my time of urgency. I got lucky and Jessica intercepted some technicians that had a job delay and were able to work me in only after 2 hours from my phone call. Trenton and Billy arrived and replaced 2 garage springs in only about 20 minutes. I can't comment on how competitive the price was but I was very pleased with the service and the short wait time. I had been back to work for 1.5 hours when I received a call from a competitor who was just getting back to me after leaving a phone message before calling Overhead. I'm definitely a happy customer after receiving such quick service.
